3Soft USA is an Information Technology (IT) solutions and consulting organization located in the metropolitan Washington DC region. We are an SBA Certified Woman Owned Small business. The founders of 3Soft USA have extensive experience and are veterans in Information Technology solution delivery, project management, physical and cyber security solutions. Expertise in building a professional team around projects to implement the client solution within time, under budget and with high probability of success. 3Soft USA was founded in 2001 by technologists with a vision and a mission and have been growing steadily for the last decade and a half. In 2011, 3Soft USA successfully graduated from the SBA 8(a) program and have been awarded other contract vehicles but not limited to the GSA’s 8(a) STARS II, U.S. Navy Seaport-e, NIH CIO SP3, SDB Alliant and others. 3Soft USA’s vision is to achieve leadership in delivering excellent IT solutions and services to our clients in a customer-centric manner.
